We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in resellable condition.
Custom-sized or made-to-order mattresses are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Order number
Reason for return
Photo(s) of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Foam Haven is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the regular return process.
